Marti Wibbels, M.S., L.M.H.C.

Marti Wibbels is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the State of Florida. 

In addition to a counseling Master of Science Degree, she has completed extensive additional training for therapeutic work with children, youth and adults.  Specializing in helping individuals recover from sexual abuse, Marti also wrote the bibliotherapeutic novel “Secrets Behind the Door.”

 Marti counsels couples, helping them build communication and relational skills.  She is certified in Prepare/Enrich. She and her husband Alan have led marriage seminars throughout the United States and internationally.  They also co-authored the workbook “Relationships Pure and Simple,” for high school and college students and single adults pursuing positive premarital relationships. 

Trained in play therapy, Marti works with children experiencing a wide range of concerns.  Whether working with children, youth or adults, Marti incorporates diverse counseling techniques, from cognitive behavioral to solution focused.  A member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, she is committed to integrating biblical truth and principles as a vital part of the counseling process.
